Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse located in Bengaluru, India. Our endeavor is to deliver products to you within 5-7 business days from receipt of the order and payment, depending on your delivery address. Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or through third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services, typically between 10:30 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed for by anyone other than the person who placed the order at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not assume responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are also not responsible for any damage to products after delivery. The products are sent only after thorough auditing by our staff.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Additionally, any shortages must be noted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
